The weather has been way to nice to be inside lately, so the other day I woke up and decide I was going to paint our front door. I love the color combo; pewter gray and saffron yellow (and yellow is my favorite color) so of course my front door should be yellow. At first I was a little hesitant about choosing such a vibrant color for our front door, but after I got done and stepped back to take a look at my work, a smile immediately stretched its way across my face. I feel like anyone who comes up to our house now, already gets a cheerful welcome before we even answer our door.My sister and I spent a well deserved day shopping today, and on our way to our favorite shops we realized that we both had been thinking about learning to embroider. At our first stop we came across a great book on what else but embroidery!
I haven't decided what my first project will be yet, but as soon as I get something finished I will definitely post it for you.
